The Ross School of Business was named the No. 1 executive education provider in the United States in the Financial Times’ 2025 ranking of EE programs worldwide.

Michigan Ross secured the No. 1 ranking for both its open enrollment and custom executive education programs this year. Among U.S. institutions, Ross also claimed the No. 1 spot in key open program categories, including faculty expertise, course design, and quality of peers.

Globally, Michigan Ross Executive Education ranked among the top 10 overall for both faculty and quality of participants in open enrollment programs, highlighting the expertise and worldwide impact of Ross faculty and the valuable perspectives experienced executives and thought leaders bring to the classroom.

"I’m thrilled to see Michigan Ross Executive Education ranked No. 1 in North America in both custom and open-enrollment programs again this year,” said Gretchen Spreitzer, associate dean for executive and corporate relations and Keith E. and Valerie J. Alessi Professor of Business Administration. “This recognition is a reflection of the extraordinary work of our faculty and Executive Education team and the trust our clients place in us. I’m incredibly grateful and excited to keep pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in executive learning."

Michigan Ross EE programs are designed to help business leaders excel in today’s complex and rapidly evolving business landscape. Its custom programs are tailor-made for and in partnership with clients at top companies worldwide. At the same time, its open-enrollment courses work with individual learners to help them grow in areas like leadership, management skills, human resources, and more.

Michigan Ross EE has continued to innovate in recent years by embracing flexible learning formats and investing in new content areas that reflect the needs of today’s leaders, such as artificial intelligence strategy, data-driven problem solving, and building strong organizational cultures.

The EE team has also expanded the program’s global reach and plans to continue to do so with the 2026 grand opening of the new Michigan Ross LA campus. The LA location will serve as a gateway to connect with leaders and organizations on the West Coast and in key international markets, including Latin America and Southeast Asia.
