USTA's mission is to grow tennis to inspire healthier people and communities everywhere. By conducting industry analysis and recommending a go-to-market strategy, this project will help us grow our impact and expand reach outside of traditional tennis players. We are aiming to introduce and engage new players not historically participating into our sport by bringing tennis closer to them in the form of Cardio Tennis.

Draft a 5-year business plan for the UMHS Center of Value Enahncement (M-COVE).

Analyze UMS multi-buyer and single ticket purchase data to track pre-pandemic to post pandemic attendance to improve re-engagement of the lost but not forgotten patrons.

Create a business case for Mcity’s “Depot Autonomy” project, which would provide a cost-effective means for vehicles to operate autonomously once they enter a suitably-equipped warehouse or loading yard (eg- Amazon, FedEx, …).

Develop a strategic plan for building a drug discovery data sciences research core

Conduct market research to better understand the types of programming and events that are most effective at engaging museum visitors between the ages of 18-35.

Create a strategic plan for new organizations to tackle depressive illnesses among staff and explore the economic and mental health benefits of positive organization practices.

Create a business plan for a care management program serving the health care/social needs of Medicaid members/eligibles currently in correctional facilities.

Develop a business plan to establish a new Center for Lung Health at Michigan Medicine. This center will serve as a beacon for addressing the needs of the State of Michigan by tackling environmentally induced patterns of lung disease, particularly in children and women, while also addressing the associated inequities.

Work with the University of Michigan’s endowment investment team to develop a robust and innovative portfolio management (allocation and cash flow modeling) tool for its multi-billion dollar venture capital and private equity investment program.
