Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the different existing and potential economic models for senior living facilities to help inform decision-making regarding the development of Madina Village. Additionally, develop perspective on the minimum size of such a village (i.e., land required, number of units, etc.) and based on this perspective a high-level assessment of the resources / cost required to develop the village. Additionally, time permitting, recommend the best approach (or “pitch”) to potential development partners (e.g., home builders, local / state government, medical systems).
