Develop and deliver a comprehensive recommendation that defines a new strategic offering for sustainability consulting services including (1) market opportunity, (2) competitive insights, (3) defined scope of services, and (4) end-to-end business case for the offering launch.
Trinion Logistics called on a MAP team to assess its potential to diversify. The team conducted interviews, analyzed industry reports, and researched current businesses to identify strategies and techniques in support of an implementation plan. At the conclusion of the project, Trinion’s key executives, including a Ross alum, traveled to Michigan Ross to review project findings and discuss implementation.
