This project aims to develop a strategic plan for a managed service organization with the goal to grow into a nationwide support network for healthcare organizations. Building on revenue-generating service lines including nurse-based telephonic triage, along with comprehensive IT and electronic health record support, NorthStar currently serves over 50 partners in 21 states and has identified opportunities for exponential growth by leveraging economies of scale within these or additional offerings.

Formulate a clear Scope3 Roadmap by commodity in supply chain, migrating from spend-base emission calculation to a more granular methodology (e.g., “cradle-to-gate” emission factor from suppliers and/or industry averages), to support long-term sourcing strategy.

Enhance supply chain risk management process to incorporate criteria for detecting, verifying, escalating, and, managing identified ESG-related risks throughout Nexteer’s supply chain all the way to the nth tier.
