Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the different existing and potential economic models for senior living facilities to help inform decision-making regarding the development of Madina Village. Additionally, develop perspective on the minimum size of such a village (i.e., land required, number of units, etc.) and based on this perspective a high-level assessment of the resources / cost required to develop the village. Additionally, time permitting, recommend the best approach (or “pitch”) to potential development partners (e.g., home builders, local / state government, medical systems).

Develop the full supply chain management—with process steps, leadtime and budgeting and implementation framework—for the next 1-3 years, build a scorecard assessment for key stakeholders to guide future partnerships, and create impact measurement tracking system.

Perform market analysis and develop a Go-To-Market Strategy for a one-stop, single source portal for PLS (Plain Language Summaries) for all clinical trials conducted in the US, EU, and across the whole world.
