The challenge Clinique presented to its MAP team was how to communicate the value and benefits of its products to the millennial generation in an increasingly fragmented and competitive landscape. The original research conducted by the MAP team led to a robust sampling strategy using digital engagement and non-traditional distribution channels. The team’s final report to the company included detailed communication and distribution plans along with estimated financial impacts.
Assess the feasibility of using revenues garnered from higher-income organizations to subsidize services for the base of the pyramid.

Understand the scope of co-creation in the urban governance space, identify the dynamics and complexities, and design a co-creation strategy and implementation plan for the eGovernments Foundation that includes a list of potential partners who can effectively scale the Foundation's impact and enhance the quality of life experienced by citizens in India's cities.
Create a strategy for mechanizing critical farm operations at small- and medium-sized farms leveraging ITC's e-choupal network for improved productivity and sustainability of farm incomes.
