Develop a business case for Catalayst Nutraceuticals (a CMO) to pitch a private label brand to a growing retailer (e.g., TJ MAX). Additionally develop a comprehensive view of trends in the nutraceutical market (formats growing, capacity in market, etc.)

Identify pricing strategy for new markets, and new site identification methodology as an input to the model and recommend specific KPIs based on data tracking and viability that will drive results in the future.

Successfully beta test 7 new services to be offered to our franchisees, all with the desired outcome of accelerating franchisee revenue. A successful launch essentially removes the majority of non-clinical tasks from the franchisee’s responsibilities.
