Renegade Plastics is an innovative, rapidly scaling start-up redefining sustainability in the coated plastics and textiles space. This project offers the chance to tackle real-world challenges in circular economy innovation, from identifying ideal facility locations to designing a low-carbon logistics roadmap that proves sustainability and profitability can go hand in hand.

Define the KPIs to measure business health and drive insights for reducing overhead across various functions including procurement, finance, recruiting, & IT

Develop a detailed go-to-market plan, including a positioning strategy, for reCap’s high quality, engineered carbon capture, utilization and sequestration carbon credits. This will include defining key inputs to successful offtake-partnerships and understanding offsetting and insetting opportunities that will contribute to creating a sales strategy for generated carbon credits. The project will involve identifying potential partners, drafting outreach and sales plans, and building a roadmap with sales strategy to establish strong partnerships.

A) Develop a commercialization strategy for Renegade’s sustainable alternative to PVC fabrics , and b) build out the framework for a recycling and sustainability program to support the recycling and adoption of our fabrics
