The focus of the project will be a strategic repositioning of our EMBLEM S-ICD (subcutaneous implantable defibrillator) in light of the Modular CRM system (S-ICD coupled with the EMPOWER Leadless Pacemaker) coming in 2025. Key question to answer: How do we go-to-market with this strategic repositioning of S-ICD?

This initiative will involve assessing the current landscape of entrepreneurship within the state, identifying key stakeholders, and determining the resources needed to support new and existing businesses.
The plan will focus on creating a supportive environment that fosters innovation, collaboration, and growth among entrepreneurs. Bunafr is launching one of it’s kind first intelligent home coffee roasting machine for coffee lovers to roast coffee exactly to their liking at the push of a button. The roaster comes with green coffee bean subscriptions from award winning farms across the world. Customer’s get truly personalized and freshest coffee with full of flavors and farmers get much higher margins from the cost per cup as we have removed the waste in the supply chain. All of this is enabled by the patent pending hardware and software tech.
As we are creating a new category in the kitchen appliance or coffee space, we need genius go to market plan and growth plan from year 1 to year 3 to create a lifestyle, and sustainable brand and be identified as the Uber of Taxis and create ripples to disrupt arguably world’s second most traded commodity - coffee.
