Owning an EV for a residents of multi-dwelling households have unique challenges because they don’t have garage for dedicated overnight personal charging option. The study should summarize the challenges and opportunities for different stakeholders (residents, landlords, city/subdivision, local ordinances etc.) and provide recommendation for the state and local policy changes. This study would require data collection from actual visits, interviews of different stakeholders, and/or any other available sources.
