In this Multidisciplinary Action Project, the Haas Alert student team will assess the viability of vehicle manufacturers using “sponsorship” marketing dollars from companies interested in getting their brand in front of drivers in a safe, non-intrusive manner. Prakhar Gupta will leverage his background in Computer Science to communicate with the company engineers in technical terms on behalf of his team and provide an engineering perspective as the team develops solutions and recommendations for Haas Alert. Leveraging his computer science training in a business setting will be a unique and valuable experience that will surely enrich his education in Computer and Information Sciences.

Create a go-to-market strategy.

Evaluate the business culture, competitive landscape, and industry trends related to social gaming. 

Formulate a five-year strategic market entry plan for hydrogen fuel cell powered electric vehicle chargers to be produced by General Motors and Renewable Innovations.

Re-design the process map currently utilized to initiate clinical trials.

Identify opportunities to reduce off contract services spend by identifying the top drivers of spend, and recommend a solution for each of these drivers.

Review and make recommendations on a number of topics relating to Oracle cloud's go-to-market strategy.

Develop a business model and value proposition supporting a go-to-market strategy on an advanced analytics program for the entertainment industry.

Determine a business case and marketing strategy for how to bring new, innovative products and/or services to market.

Advise AOF on best-in-class campaign strategies. Recommendations will focus on campaigning and engagement sustained by financial service companies, but also include 'wow' experiences created by other industries.

Conduct market research across industries on customer segmentation / personalization strategies, with the goal of understanding how best-in-class companies use personalized experiences to optimize pricing, product offerings, etc.

Develop a business operating plan for a new multi-use cooperative building venture.
